Position : Quality Manager
Location : Amingaon, Ghy, Assam
Salary : 30,000-40,000
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor€™s Diploma in Quality Management or Plastics.
- Minimum 4€¯years of experience in the manufacturing industry (male candidates).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce all SOPs for raw material, in€‘process, and finished€‘goods quality QC & QA checklists.
- Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance & calibration to maximize lab uptime.
- Implement statutory Health, Safety & Environment compliances as per checklist.
- Obtain/renew quality certifications through proper documentation and cross€‘functional collaboration.
- Minimize & categorize quality incidents; report to customers as required.
- Conduct cross€‘functional training to boost quality awareness and reduce rejections.
- Drive new€‘product development within planned timelines.
- Manage documentation, RCA, report generation, and MIS submissions for production & maintenance SOPs.
- Execute HR processes (training calendar) for all team members.
Must-have Skills:
1. Strong facility management expertise in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
2. Preventive and maintain breakdown maintenance planning experience.
3. Excellent documentation , reporting, and MIS capabilities.
4. Proficiency in SAP. MS Office, maintenance/project tracking tools.
