				<description>Key Responsibilities:
1. Affordability Planning &amp; Management
- Design and execute monthly8 affordability schemes - No Cost EMI, Cashback, Zero Down Payment, Bank offers - aligned with sales targets
- Monitor scheme performance, ROI, and cost per conversion to drive High-Contribution Product (HCP) sales
- Do monthly cost-effectiveness analysis and optimize scheme spends vs sell-out impact

2. Market &amp; Competition Analysis
- Track and benchmark affordability schemes
- Monitor competitor pricing, price drops, bank/NBFC tie-ups, and financing offers weekly
- Share actionable market insights and counter-strategy recommendations with HQ &amp; sales teams

3. Partner &amp; Retail Network Management
- Manage relationships with finance partners: Bajaj Finance, HDB, IDFC First, TVS Credit, Home Credit, etc.
- Conduct monthly reviews with LCP/HCP partners to track performance, resolve7 payout/TAT issues, and improve approvals
- Drive new retailer onboarding and ensure seamless scheme implementation across all retail channels with proper POSM/training

4. Customer Offer &amp; Service Management
- Plan, track, and review customer offers and financing options for new launches and key models
- Identify market-level affordability bottlenecks impacting conversion and resolve with partners/HO
- Support development of customer-centric financing solutions to improve buying experience

5. Coordination &amp; Reporting
- Coordinate with HQ, regional sales, and product teams for scheme approvals and timely market execution
- Prepare monthly reports: scheme uptake, partner-wise disbursement, ROI analysis, and business reviews
- Ensure completion and tracking of Customer Retail Journey as per SOP

6. Performance Monitoring
- Analyze affordability program ROI, partner performance, and subvention efficiency
- Track customer engagement, scheme utilization trends, and drop-off reasons to reduce rejection rates
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mark</description>
